What do I need to get a Library Card?

CSU Stanislaus Students, Faculty, and Staff

For currently enrolled CSU Stanislaus students, faculty, and staff, the campus ID card, the Warrior Card, serves as your Library card.

= In Turlock, Warrior Cards may be obtained from the Student Union Information Desk.

= In Stockton, Warrior Cards may be obtained from the Student Information Center.

Non-CSU Stanislaus Students

Currently registered students from other CSU campuses, students and faculty currently registered/employed at Modesto Junior College, Delta, Merced, or Columbia Colleges.

High School students must also complete a High School Student Application form and have it signed by the high school librarian, the librarian from the public library and the parent or guardian of the individual applying for privileges.

= CSU Stanislaus Library Cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk in the Library.  Cards cost $5.00 for students from other CSU campuses and local community college students (Higher Education Consortium of Central California/HECCC), and $15.00 for high school students.

= Bring proof of registration and a picture ID (driver license, California ID card, passport…)

= Your card is required every time you wish to check out library materials.

Community Borrowers

Individuals who are not associated with any of our Higher Education Consortium of Central California (HECCC) campuses.

= CSU Stanislaus Library Cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk in the Library.

= Bring a picture ID (driver license, California ID card, passport…).

= Cards cost $35.00.

= Your card is required every time you wish to check out library materials.

Alumni

= CSU Stanislaus Library Cards may be obtained at the Circulation Desk. 

= A picture ID and verification of alumni status is required.

= Library cards require a materials/processing fee of $5.00

= The Library Card is required every time library materaials are borrowed.
